Taking the Dart: As you exit the station to Sandycove Road, turn right. Turn right again at the next intersection, proceeding past the Recycling Center to the row of houses now in front of you. Sighle Yoga is located in The Institute of Psychosocial Medicine in the 2nd house from the right end of the row.
By car or foot: go to George’s street upper in Dun Laoghaire. Proceed on this street to the Southwest as it becomes Sandycove Road. Turn right after the Glasthule Dart Station, proceeding past the Recycling Center to the row of houses now in front of you. Sighle Yoga is located in The Institute of Psychosocial Medicine which is the 2nd house from the right end of the row.
