A restorative Yoga weekly class will take place at St. Brigid’s with only 5 students and hygiene protocols in place. This is an opportunity to receive personal attention for your own needs. It would best suit anyone who values the tools of the practice, yet is unable to cope well with the restrictions that come from online learning. Sighle will move slowly and gently through Pranayama, modified Asanas , Meditation and Relaxation techniques in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Time to sooth the mind and release tension and find the resources within to sustain you in these difficult circumstances of Covid 19.
