A comprehensive practice of Restorative Yoga, with Meditation, Pranayama and Relaxation. These sessions prepare you for a comfortable sitting home practice using compassionate Buddhist Meditation techniques, followed by a fully embodied Yoga session,and ending in deep Shavasana.
Sighle has developed her own unique style of Yoga, combining safe Restorative Yoga practice (Qualified with Judith Lasater “relax and renew” in the US) along with flowing Contemporary Yoga sequences (Certified with Contemporary Yoga, Cork) .The 2-hour sessions allows time to move slowly and gently from Meditation, Circle work, Pranayama, then Asanas into Relaxation. There are also classes for 1.5 hrs.see schedule. These classes are suitable for men and women of all level of fitness. A healthy mix of age at the sessions helps to promote respect and openness to diversity and individuality.
