A restorative Yoga weekly class will take place at St. Brigid’s with only 5 students and hygiene protocols in place. This is an opportunity to receive personal attention for your own needs. It would best suit anyone who values the tools of the practice, yet is unable to cope well with the restrictions that come from online learning. Sighle will move slowly and gently through Pranayama, modified Asanas , Meditation and Relaxation techniques in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility. Time to sooth the mind and release tension and find the resources within to sustain you in these difficult circumstances of Covid 19.
* Online classes for the following 6 weeks term •Small groups to ensure personal attention to all.
Over many years of practice, Sighle has developed her own unique style of teaching Yoga and Buddhist Meditation. Each class combines restful Restorative Yoga poses (Qualified with Judith Lasater “relax and renew” in the US) with gentle Contemporary Yoga sequences (Certified with Contemporary Yoga, Cork) Relaxation and Meditation. Thus providing a solid foundation for a safe home practice. Class numbers are limited to ensure personal attention and safety. A healthy mix of age, fitness levels and gender at the sessions helps to promote respect and openness to diversity and individuality.
Note: With the current coronavirus situation we will be following all HSE guidelines for safe practice. If the classes are not able to go ahead, due to changing government policy, class payments will either be refunded or available for future classes.
Private Yoga Sessions can offer a more tailored experience than a group class.
This is an opportunity for you to receive a personalised safe practice. Time tested Yoga techniques can help support you physically, mentally and emotionally – no matter what life challenges you are living with. These tools and structural remedies help empower you, balance your energy and quieten the busy mind.
