Over many years of practice, Sighle has developed her own unique style of teaching Yoga and Buddhist Meditation. Each class combines restful Restorative Yoga poses (Qualified with Judith Lasater “relax and renew” in the US) with gentle Contemporary Yoga sequences (Certified with Contemporary Yoga, Cork) Relaxation and Meditation. Thus providing a solid foundation for a safe home practice. Class numbers are limited to ensure personal attention and safety. A healthy mix of age, fitness levels and gender at the sessions helps to promote respect and openness to diversity and individuality.
Note: With the current coronavirus situation we will be following all HSE guidelines for safe practice. If the classes are not able to go ahead, due to changing government policy, class payments will either be refunded or available for future classes.
Private Yoga Sessions can offer a more tailored experience than a group class.
